Black Tea

AFRICAN CHAI – 8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water.
  • 2 – 4 teaspoons Chai Bora’s Nguvu, Supreme or Premium black tea leaves.
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom.
  • 3 – 4 cinnamon sticks.
  • ¼ – ½ cup sugar.
  • 3 cups milk (2% or whole).

Directions:

  1. Simmer water, black tea leaves, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and sugar for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and heat just until hot.
  3. Strain and serve.

Time – 20 Minutes:

  • Preparation: 5 minutes.
  • Cooking: 15 minutes.
